How is this different from a regular agency?
We do not sell deliverables. We sell outcomes tied to your bottom line. We do not hand you to a junior. The team that wins the work is the team that does the work.
What does it cost to bring an operator into the business?
Two parts. A monthly base retainer for the work, plus a revenue share on monthly lift above your trailing 90-day baseline. Six month minimum engagement. We walk you through the actual numbers on the first call, once we have a read on your business and whether we are the right team to take it on. We are application-gated by design.
How long until I see results?
The standard is to beat your current profit and ROAS inside 90 to 120 days. Reconnaissance takes 14 days. Creative is live in market by day 30. Iteration starts immediately after.
What is your minimum ad spend?
You should already be spending $10K per month or more on paid media. Below that, the testing math does not support the model.
